ABOUT ME

Kaitlyn was born and raised in Katy, Texas—a  suburb right outside of Houston. Growing up with detective parents, Kaitlyn's childhood consisted of overhearing talk of solving mysteries and catching suspects—making it no surprise that she became infatuated with listening to stories at a young age. After realizing she loved telling stories just as much (thanks to learning that performing plays in the living room is a great way to steal attention from three chaotic brothers), she knew she loved storytelling more than anything she had ever encountered—even her pink razor scooter (this was a huge discovery for 6-year-old Kait).

Fast forward to now, Kaitlyn recently received degrees in Acting for the Stage & Screen and Journalism from Azusa Pacific University and has made the move from Los Angeles to New York City to work in Podcast Coordination at FOX. Between working in transmedia journalism at a world renowned media corporation, writing for two award-winning publications while serving as the Editor-In-Chief of Zu Magazine, and working in television & film, Kaitlyn continually sets out to tell impactful stories like the ones that shaped her.

She hopes they're better than the ones performed in her childhood living room.
